Antique Nagaland Belt
Authentic museum quality belt with multicored glass accented beads. "Authentic" means that the piece was made by the Nagas to be used in their own tribal ceremonies and was not made for tourists. Nagaland is still one of the world’s most isolated societies. Late 19th- early 20th century.
These belts are almost always made in earth tones, which makes this white piece incredibly rare.
Would look equally beautiful worn as a statement piece or hung on the wall as art.
