Shipping
Please allow 2-3 business days once order is processed for shipment. Please remember we are in Hawaii and it may take an extra few days to receive your package.
Ranjanas Rarities is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged items caused by shipping provider, or items lost due to incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. In these instances, Ranjanas Rarities is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier. Once a package is tendered to the carrier, the package is no longer in our control and we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.
All malas and jewelry ship free domestically.
Returns
Due to their delicate nature, all vintage and antique pieces are FINAL SALE and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange. We do our best to accurately describe each item and are not responsible for variation in color or wear.

We will not return orders older than 21 days.
Once we receive the return and guarentee it’s condition, we will credit your original form of payment.
All sale and discounted items are Final Sale.
When shipping back, it is advised you ship with tracking.
We do not provide return shipping labels.
